Travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, are not required to provide proof of travel insurance. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
An online 'health pass' form must be completed within 72 hours prior to departure.
Non-resident travelers must present a return flight ticket upon arrival in Costa Rica.
