The Avianca operated by Global Lounge is located at the entrance of Terminal C, on the third floor, and opens from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm; it has computers, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax (accessible with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, Diners Club, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, executive class passengers from Avianca, LifeMiles Gold or Diamond, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance or Star Alliance Gold airlines, through online booking or by paying at the door - USD32.00).

Bus - There are stops from AMA (Tel +1 787 294 0500) on the Departures level of terminals A and D. Line E40 travels to Mall of San Juan and Piñero Station from Monday to Friday between 5:00 am and 7:30 pm and weekends from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a frequency of 30 minutes. Buses D53 and T5 run to Covadonga Terminal, stopping at Isla Verde Mall and Old San Juan (Mondays through Fridays from 5:00 am to 8:45 pm, Saturdays from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm).

There is a 24-hour multi-storey car park next to the terminals, with spaces for short- and long-term stays. The first 15 minutes are free of charge. Most airlines can provide a service for minors travelling alone.
