Left-luggage services at Benito Juárez Airport

The luggage storage service is available 24 hours next to gate E41 of Terminal 1 (Tel +52 55 5802 8467) and gates A45 and A46 of Terminal 2 (Tel +52 55 4313 0259).

Where are lost items received?

Lost and found counters are located above door 2 of Terminal 1 (Tel +52 55 2482 2400 ext. 2289; email: [email protected]) and between doors 1 and 2 of Terminal 2 (Tel +52 55 2598 7000 ext. 7169; email: [email protected]), available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
