The airport has banks (8:00 am to 8:00 pm), currency exchange offices (24 hours), ATMs, postal services, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, printing and photocopying, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. The Hilton and NH hotels, located inside the airport, have business and meeting facilities.

The airport offers a wide variety of restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars, and coffee shops, many of them open 24 hours.

Is there Duty Free and other stores?

Options are numerous, with duty-free shops in both terminals and convenience stores, clothing, accessories, footwear, gifts, books, magazines, music, jewelry, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, perfumes, travel items, electronics, and candy.

Are there luggage wrapping services?

The airport has protective luggage wrapping service on the ground floor of Terminal 1, from 3:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Left luggage services at Benito Juárez Airport

The luggage storage service is available 24 hours a day in both terminals. Lockers cost 100 Mexican pesos per 24 hours. The locations are:

• Terminal 1: Gate E41 (International), company MEXICANA DE LOCKERS (tel 5802-8467). Also near gates 7 and 8 in area E-2.
• Terminal 2: Gates A45 and A46 (International), company VIAJES KOKAI (tel 4313-0259). Also in front of the domestic arrivals area.

Service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements to claim an item: Official identification (both sides), boarding pass, and for items valued over 500 pesos, invoice or proof of purchase. If the item was lost inside the plane, you must contact your airline directly.
