The Lounge Mexico by Global Lounge Network

Next to door 31. Available 24 hours a day. TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, computers, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi. Lounge 19

American Express Centurion Club

Upstairs international sector. Between gates 8 and F1. And Ground Floor, domestic flights area between gates 17 and 18. Open from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Conference facilities, Wi-Fi, refreshments, showers, bar, spa, children’s area, computers, TV. Access: with American Express Centurion cards.

Salon Beyond Citibanamex

In front of lounge 18. Open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Wi-Fi, computers, food, TV, newspapers and magazines, beverages. Fruit and juices in the morning, vegetables and snacks in the afternoon, beers after 11 am, wines and spirits after 2 pm. For Citi Beyond Credit Card holders, consumption is free of hours and without limits. Access: Citibanamex cardholders.

Mastercard VIP Airport Lounge

It is located in the boarding area, after Security, in front of Gate 16 from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.

The VIP Lounge can only be entered by presenting a Mastercard international payment card and a valid boarding pass. Free admission for one adult and three people under 18 for each cardholder – Complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to two per adult, the following drinks are subject to payment. – Courtesy massage chairs available. Additional information: The à la carte menu and spa services are subject to payment.

Premium Traveller Lounge

Located on the first floor, near gate 19 and open from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, drinks, press, meals, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, TV, private cabins, showers. SMK Lounge

Terminal 2

Aeroméxico Salon Premier

Two lounges located on the mezzanine. One in international area 5:00 am a 11:00 am and the other one in the domestic sector 5:00 am a 10:00 pm). Spa, computers, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, fax. Salon Aeromar

VIPort Lounge

Location: Boarding area. After passing through the security checkpoints, turn left; the lounge is located next to Gate 75.
Conditions: Maximum stay of 3 hours – Alcoholic beverages are limited to three per adult. – Complimentary massage chairs available – Only guide dogs are allowed inside the VIP Lounge – All food and beverages must be consumed inside the VIP Lounge.

HSBC Premier Lounge

After security, international area. Open from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Internet access, fax service, newspapers and magazines, as well as refreshments, television and other complimentary services that will make your trip more relaxing.

The airport has banks (24 hours a day), currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), ATMs, postal services, VIP lounges, mobile phone, printing and photocopying services, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 15 minutes. The Hilton and NH hotels situated inside the enclosure provide business and meeting facilities.

 Food and Drinks

The airport terminals offer a wide variety of restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars and coffee shops, several of them open 24 hours a day.

 Which are the shopping options?

Options are plentiful, with duty-free shops in both terminals, convenience stores and retailers selling apparel, accessories, footwear, gifts, books, magazines, music, jewellery, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, perfumes, travel articles, electronics, candy.

 Where to find the luggage wrapping service?

Secure wrapping service can be found in Terminal 1, from 3:00 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +52 55 2643 7981 / 7982 / 5877).

 Where is the lost and found office?

Lost and found offices are in T1 between door 4 and door 5 of the first level next to the movistar module (Tel +52 55 2482 2289) and the ground floor of Terminal 2, near the banking area (Tel +52 55 2598 7169), available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 Left luggage service at Benito Juárez airport

Left luggage service is available 24 hours a day on the ground floor of both buildings. This service is available at Terminal 1, by Gates 1 and 8, T1 Gate 1 Tel: (55) 2598 16 60. T1 between Gate 7 and 8. Tel: (55) 5802 8467. At T2, lockers are in domestic arrivals Tel: (55) 4313 0259.
