Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, opened on August 5, 2004, is the second busiest in China. In addition to domestic flights, it operates with international destinations in the Far East, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and North America.

Guangzhou airport is located 28 km (17 miles) to the north of the city of the same name.

Counters are located in Arrivals Hall B. Other car rental offices are located in the city centre. You will need to hire a driver if you do not have a Chinese license.

Car rental search

Inside the enclosure there are five parking lots for short and long stays open around the clock, in addition to passenger pick-up and drop-off zones in front of the Departures Hall and outside the Arrivals lobby. The first 15 minutes of stay are free of charge. Rates

P1 - Located 6 minutes away from area A, for international flights.
P2 - Situated to the south of the terminal, for long stays.
P3 - Three-storey facility for long periods located between the terminal and the Pullman Hotel.
P4 - It is found 15 min. away from the Departures Hall, for domestic flights.
P5 - 5 min. away from area B, for domestic arrivals.


Disabled passengers have priority and are provided with a special check-in counter. There are free wheelchairs available by request. Adapted toilets, lifts and designated parking spaces are also available. Children between 5 and 12 years old travelling alone will receive assistance through the security checkpoint, while boarding and during the flight.
