Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline or travel agent about their needs at the moment of their booking. The enclosure has tactile surface markers, contrasting colours, designated spaces in all car parks, walkways with seats, elevators, automatic doors, ramps, Braille signage, accessible drinking fountains, restrooms and telephones, induction loops, resting areas for assistance animals and transportation systems equipped for the transfer of people with reduced mobility. Ramps and aerobridges allow easy access to the aircraft, and an ambulift is also available.
