Terminal 1

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Level 2, by gate 52A. Temporarily closed. Buffet, drinks, Wi-Fi, workstations, plugs for electric devices, newspapers and magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Aspire Lounge - Situated between gates 53 and 54, it opens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Showers, children's area, meals, beverages, Wi-Fi, press. Access: through online booking or by paying at the door.

Emirates Lounge - Next to gate 1. Temporarily closed. Food and drinks, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Qantas International Lounge - Opposite gate 52. Temporarily closed. Food, bar, Wi-Fi, computers, press. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, business class passengers from Qantas, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Temporarily closed. Situated across from gate 4. Selection of food and light snacks, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Virgin Australia Lounge - Located to the left of the domestic security screening. Open 1 hour before the first flight until the last. Bar, food, Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, showers, newspapers and magazines, business facilities. Access: with Virgin Australia Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Virgin Australia, or by paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Aspire Lounge - Level 1, open Mondays through Fridays between 4:00 am and 4:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Buffet, bar, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, quiet zones. Access: with Priority Pass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Terminal 3

Qantas International Transit Lounge - Level 1. Temporarily closed. Restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi, computers, newspapers and magazines, showers. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, business class passengers from Qantas, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Terminal 4

Qantas Club - Departures level. Available one hour before Qantas flights. Refreshments, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, workstations, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Qantas Domestic Business Lounge - It is found on the Departures level, next to gate 15, and opens 1 hour before each Qantas service until 5:00 pm. Restaurant, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), postal, fax, copying and mobile phone services, VIP rooms, plugs for electric devices, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 have bars, coffee shops, fast food outlets and restaurants.

Shopping

Duty-free outlets on levels 1 and 2 of Terminal 1 and on level 1 of Terminal 3. Convenience stores on the ground floor of terminals 1, 3 and 4. Souvenirs, clothing, accessories, newspapers and magazines, books, electronics, cosmetics, toys.

Baggage

Trolleys available in terminals 1, 3 and 4 and in the short-term car park. Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in area of Terminal 1 (Tel +61 894 773 070). Lockers between terminals 1 and 2, inside the short-term lot next to Terminal 1 and in the connecting hallways between terminals 3 and 4 and the car parks. The lost and found office operates Mondays through Fridays between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm (online form).
