 Which are the Vip lounges at Lisbon airport (LIS) and how to access:

ABC - Airport Business Center - Located on the mezzanine level of Terminal 1, above check-in counters 14-36. Temporarily closed. Air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, fax, computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (€25.00).

ANA Lounge - Located in Praça Lisboa, on the sixth floor of Terminal 1, next to gate 22, and open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, showers, TV, newspapers and magazines, smoking area, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (€36.00).

Blue Lounge - Situated in the international area of Terminal 1, on the fifth floor, towards gates 7-13. Temporarily closed. Computers, snacks, beverages, conference facilities, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: by online booking or paying at the door (€30.00).

TAP Premium Lounge - Terminal 1 Schengen area, sixth floor. Open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Drinks, newspapers, snacks, workstations, children's area, computers, showers, TV. Access: with TAP Miles&Go Gold or Silver membership, TAP Air Portugal business and top business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first and business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members.

Financial services

The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (5:00 am to 0:00 am), post office, VIP lounges, power sockets for electrical devices, mobile phone services, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Terminal 1 has a business centre with meeting rooms.

What is there to eat and drink?

Restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, fast food outlets, pizzerias and bakeries are available in both terminals. Cockpit, First Café, Go Natural, Go To Coffee and Grabit, in Terminal 1, are open 24 hours a day.

Where are the duty-free shops?

Duty-free shops in the Terminal 1 boarding area, gifts, books, newspapers, tobacco, toys, jewellery, accessories, clothes, handicrafts, sweets, music, electronics, shoes, cosmetics, flowers.

Are there luggage wrapping services?

Secure wrapping service in the public area of both terminals, from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

24-hour lockers are available outside the Terminal 1 boarding level (Tel +351 800 201 201).

Where is lost property received?

The lost property office is on the ground floor of Terminal 1, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +351 218 444 530; e-mail: [email protected]).

Porter service opening hours

Porters are available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
