Is it allowed to stay overnight at Lisbon airport?
Lisbon airport is very friendly for those passengers that have a flight early in the morning and have to spend the night inside the enclosure. The terminals remain open 24 hours a day, although most services close down after midnight. It is recommended to have blankets or a sleeping bag, as the air conditioning is usually strong.
Where to rest?
Although both terminals remain open, Terminal 1 is more comfortable, while in Terminal 2, there are more gastronomic and shopping options, but everything is closed after midnight. Next to gates S19 and S20 of Terminal 1, there are special rest zones. There are also couches by the food court and on the upper level, and quiet corners near gates 40-50. Another option is to enter one of the VIP lounges, where you can access more amenities and privacy. The only problem is that they close at night. On the other hand, there are two hotels next to Terminal 1.

Lockers are available outside the Departures area of Terminal 1, where you can leave your bags 24 hours a day.
