Kraków Airport offers an exclusive space designed for passenger comfort and productivity, located in the departures area after security screening.

Business Lounge

The lounge is located on Level 1 (Schengen area), near boarding gate 2. It offers a relaxed environment for both Schengen and non-Schengen passengers (the latter should allow extra time for subsequent passport control).

• Opening hours: Open daily from 4:30 am until the departure of the last scheduled flight (generally around 10:30 pm).
• Facilities: A wide selection of hot and cold snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, workstations with computers, high-speed Wi-Fi, a children’s play area, showers, international newspapers and air conditioning.
• Maximum stay: 3 hours.

Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships. Access is also available to business class passengers of partner airlines or by purchasing a single-entry pass directly at reception (subject to availability).

VIP Service

For a truly exclusive experience, the airport offers a separate VIP Terminal. This service includes private check-in and security screening, limousine transfer to the aircraft and personalised baggage assistance.

Finance and Connectivity

The airport provides cash machines from various networks, a Bank Pekao branch, and Interchange currency exchange offices (Kantor) operating 24 hours a day, located both in the public area and in the departures zone. For travellers, the airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi by connecting to the “KRK Free WiFi” network. There is also a post office located on level 0 (arrivals) and numerous charging points for mobile devices distributed throughout the terminal.

Food and Drink

The dining options include a wide selection of Polish and international restaurants, cafés from well-known chains, bars and fast-food outlets. Establishments are located both before and after security screening, with options available on level 0 (public area) and level 1 (departures). Some outlets adjust their opening hours to cover early-morning and late-night flights.

Shopping and Duty Free

Duty Free shops (Aelia) are located in the departures area on level 1, offering tax-free items such as perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco. In addition, the airport features souvenir shops specialising in products from the Małopolska region, as well as jewellery, fashion, accessories, newsagents and bookshops. A pharmacy is available on level 1 for any immediate medical needs.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the car parks and in the departures and arrivals areas.
• Luggage Wrapping: A protective plastic wrapping service is available in the check-in area on the ground floor to enhance baggage security.
• Luggage Storage: The airport offers an automated locker service located in car park P2, available 24 hours a day.
• Lost Property: In the event of lost belongings within the terminal, passengers should visit the lost property office on level 1, next to the security checkpoint, or contact it via the official online form. The office operates Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, and at weekends from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Other Services

The airport complex includes a chapel, fully equipped nursing and baby care rooms, children’s play areas in the departures zone, drinking water fountains and a first aid room. Smoking cabins, massage chairs, a beauty salon and an outdoor pet area located next to car park P2 are also available.
