International travel to Poland is only allowed for "essential reasons". This does not apply to nationals and residents of the European Economic Area.
There are exemptions to the closure of the border for essential reasons, including travel for work and studies. Tourist trips are not allowed. You can find a complete list of exemptions in Polish HERE
Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. The vaccine must be approved by the European Union. Travelers can provide their EU digital certificate on paper or digitally as proof of vaccination, prior recovery or proof. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival. Proof of a negative antigen or PCR test, taken within the preceding 24 hours, must be provided upon arrival.
