The central concourses accommodate check-in lobbies and departure gates (1 to 39). Additionally, the airport complex contains a separate Commuter Terminal for inter-island regional flights and an adjacent heliport.

• Commuter Terminal & Heliport Lot: Operates on a prepaid pay-and-display basis; receipts must be placed visibly on the vehicle dashboard.
• Cell Phone Waiting Area: Located north of the terminal near the rental car facility. Offers free parking for up to 60 minutes for drivers waiting to pick up arriving passengers (drivers must remain with their vehicles at all times). Open from 5:00 am to 1:00 am.

• Grace period: The first 15 minutes of parking in the main lot are completely free.
• Hourly increments: USD 2.00 for minutes 16 to 30; USD 5.00 for the first full hour; with progressive rates for subsequent hours up to the daily ceiling.
• Daily maximum rate: USD 24.00 per 24-hour period.
