Terminals

The airport complex consists of four color-coded passenger terminals:

• Terminal 1 (Yellow): Concourses A, B, and C. Dedicated to domestic and select international services, featuring direct pedestrian bridge access to the Rental Car Center.
• Terminal 2 (Red): Concourse D. Main operational base for Delta Air Lines and Air Canada.
• Terminal 3 (Purple): Concourses E and F. Used by American Airlines, JetBlue, and multiple international carriers. A post-security connector bridge allows direct airside pedestrian transit to Terminal 4.
• Terminal 4 (Green): Concourse G. Accommodates Spirit Airlines and key international flight operations.

All terminals are open 24 hours. For landside inter-terminal transfers, free shuttle buses run 24 hours connecting all terminals with the Rental Car Center, while courtesy trams provide quick links to the Palm and Hibiscus parking garages every 8 minutes between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. SEE MORE

Information Desks

Information counters are situated on both the upper (departures) and lower (arrivals) levels across all four terminals. Additionally, volunteer airport ambassadors wearing red vests are stationed throughout public and concourse areas to assist travelers.

Parking Facilities

• Palm Garage: Multi-level covered structure situated directly across from Terminals 2, 3, and 4. Serves short- and long-term parking.
• Hibiscus Garage: Covered parking facility servicing Terminals 1 and 2, linked by covered pedestrian bridges.
• Cypress Garage: Located on Levels 7, 8, and 9 of the Rental Car Center, directly opposite Terminal 1. Connected via a covered Level 2 skybridge.

Important Considerations

• Cell Phone Waiting Area: Free staging lot located seconds away from the terminal loop, allowing drivers to wait in their vehicles until arriving passengers have retrieved their luggage. Unattended vehicles are strictly prohibited.
• Grace Period: Parking under 20 minutes in the Palm, Hibiscus, and Cypress garages is free of charge.
• Valet Parking: Available curbside on the upper departure level of Terminals 1 and 4 for quick drop-off and collection.

Requesting Special Assistance

Passengers needing wheelchair assistance, motorized cart transfers, or escort service from check-in counters to boarding gates must notify their operating airline at least 48 hours prior to flight departure. On-site assistance can also be requested upon arrival at airline ticketing counters.

Infrastructure and Accessibility

Facilities feature access ramps, elevators with Braille and tactile buttons, ADA-compliant and companion-care restrooms throughout all terminals, TTY/TDD public telecommunications devices, dedicated lanes at TSA checkpoints, and accessible parking spaces. In addition, all terminal shuttle buses serving the Rental Car Center are fully wheelchair lift-equipped.
