Terminals

The airport operates through a modern complex of two physically and operationally connected terminals open 24 hours a day:

• Domestic Terminal: Houses Concourses A, B, and C dedicated to flights within Canada. It features a centralized security screening area with computed tomography (CT) X-ray technology, allowing passengers to keep laptops and approved liquids inside carry-on luggage.
• International Terminal: Comprises Concourse D (international and holiday flights) and Concourse E (transborder flights to the United States, equipped with U.S. Preclearance customs and immigration facilities).

To move between concourses and terminals, passengers can use enclosed pedestrian walkways or board the YYC LINK, a complimentary electric shuttle vehicle service connecting Concourses A, B, C, D, and E along a dedicated route.

Information Desks

Customer service and travel assistance are provided through multiple desks and terminal staff:

• Domestic Arrivals Level: Main information desk located next to Door 9 (open from 7:00 am to 12:00 am).
• International Arrivals Level: Desk opposite Door 15 (operating 24 hours).
• Boarding Concourses: Customer service points staffed continuously in Concourses D and E.

• Economy Parkade: Budget-conscious outdoor surface lot located north of the airport entrance road, offering reduced daily rates for longer journeys.

Important Parking Details

Free Grace Period: Short-term parking areas in both P1 and P2 Parkades provide the first 20 minutes free of charge.

Free Waiting Lot (Cellphone Waiting Lot): Located at 1000 - 38th Ave NE, this complimentary lot allows drivers to park for up to 60 minutes free of charge while waiting inside their vehicle until arriving passengers call for curbside pickup.

EV Charging Stations: Fast electric vehicle charging stations are positioned on Levels 2 and 4 of the P1 Parkade.

Requesting Special Assistance

Wheelchair assistance and dedicated escort from check-in counters to departure gates must be arranged directly with your airline at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure. Dedicated airline service agents assist through security, terminal transfers, and baggage claim.

Infrastructure and Terminal Accessibility

• Physical Accessibility: All terminal areas feature level ramps, spacious elevators with raised braille controls, accessible private restrooms, and lowered service counters.
