Calgary International Airport, opened on September 25, 1939, is one of the most important in Canada and serves the province of Alberta. It operates domestic and international flights to the United States, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Far East.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminal 1 (domestic flights) and Terminal 2 (international flights). Open 24 hours a day and connected by a walkway and accessible electric vehicles (YYC LINK), which travel a fixed route between Concourses A, B, C and D.

Annual passenger traffic: 18.5 million passengers went through it in 2023.

Information desks on the Domestic Arrivals level, next to gate 9 (7:00 am to 0:00 am), gate 15 of the International Arrivals Hall, and Departures Halls D and E (24 hours). Customer service personnel are also available around the airport to provide tourist information.

The airport is located 17 km (11 miles) northeast of Calgary.

P1 & P2 - Multi-level facilities directly in front of the terminals and connected to them by covered walkways. Short-stay spaces are located on the ground floor (first 20 minutes free of charge).
Overheight - For high-clearance vehicles, adjacent to P1.
Economy Lot - Low-cost parking for longer periods. Located north of the airport road.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

There are wide entrances, access ramps, elevators, adapted telephones and restrooms, Braille signage, relief areas for guide dogs and reserved spaces in the parking lots. Wheelchair service is provided by the respective airlines. Accessible vehicles are available from the on-site cab companies.
