The airport features four interconnected terminals: Harvey Milk Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, and the Dianne Feinstein International Terminal (housing Concourses A and G). All facilities operate continuously 24 hours a day and feature post-security pedestrian connector walkways.

Inter-Terminal Connection (AirTrain): The AirTrain is a complimentary automated people mover running 24/7 every few minutes across two dedicated lines:

• Red Line: Operates in a continuous loop connecting all passenger terminals, terminal parking garages, the BART station, and the Grand Hyatt at SFO.
• Blue Line: Follows the Red Line circuit while adding stops at Long-Term Parking and the consolidated Rental Car Center.

Information Points

Staffed information booths are situated on the arrivals level of each terminal building. Additionally, SFO deploys mobile passenger service ambassadors and its celebrated canine pet therapy team (SFO Wag Brigade) to assist and welcome travelers throughout the concourses.

Best for short-term parking and passenger drop-off/pick-up. Clearance: 2.00 m (6'6"). Houses the exclusive ParkFAST area with guaranteed reserved entry.
• International Garages A and G: Two parking structures on either flank of the International Terminal (Garage A for Boarding Area A and Garage G for Boarding Area G). Offer direct walkway access to international flights and a quick 10-minute AirTrain link to domestic terminals. Clearance: 2.50 m (8'2").
• Long-Term Parking: Economical option featuring two covered garages and an open-air surface lot for over-height vehicles. Linked 24/7 to all terminals via the AirTrain Blue Line departing every 4 minutes from Level 5. Includes complimentary Remote Bag Check on Level 5 for participating domestic airlines.
• ParkVALET: Premium valet service based at the Grand Hyatt at SFO, featuring quick curb drop-off and immediate AirTrain terminal transit.

Important Considerations

Cell Phone Waiting Lot: Free waiting lot located at the intersection of North McDonnell Rd and San Bruno Ave, allowing drivers to wait up to 60 minutes in their vehicle until their arriving party is ready at curbside.

Kiss & Fly: To avoid terminal roadway congestion during peak bank periods, travelers can be dropped off at the Kiss & Fly lot at the Rental Car Center and take the AirTrain directly to their concourse.

EV Charging: Level 2 electric vehicle charging bays are available in the Domestic Garage, International Garages, and Long-Term Parking facilities.

Accessible Parking: Reserved ADA stalls are situated adjacent to elevator lobbies in all parking garages.
