Los Angeles International Airport, opened on June 7, 1930, is one of the busiest in the world. With its increasingly extensive air cargo system, it is a commercial leader, taking advantage of its modern facilities and excellent connections to ground, water and air transportation. It operates domestic flights and international destinations to all continents.

Number of Terminals - 9 - Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B). Open 24 hours a day. A free shuttle bus (LAX Shuttle) connects all terminals, transport services and parking lots every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, with stops on the Arrivals level, in front of each terminal.

Passenger service counters are located on the Arrivals level of each terminal (weekdays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm). Volunteers in red uniforms can be found throughout the premises to provide information and assistance.

Parking services at Los Angeles airport (LAX)

Areas for short and long stays and parking for motorcycles and electric vehicles. Next to the access road, there are also two passenger waiting areas that are free of charge for 2 hours (Cell Phone Waiting Lots). More information: Tel +1 310 646 2911.

Central Terminal Area - Eight multi-level facilities directly in front of the passenger terminals. The first 15 minutes are free of charge.
Premium Parking - Located on the Arrivals level of P1 and P3.
Valet Parking - Available at P1, P3, P4 and P7.
Economy Parking - Long-term, 24-hour courtesy shuttle bus service to the main area every 15 minutes.
Van Nuys - Over 60 minutes from the terminals, exclusively for FlyAway riders.
LAX Budget Parking - Open-air, long-term, with complimentary shuttle to the main area every 20-25 minutes, 24 hours a day.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Facilities include access ramps, elevators, adapted telephones and restrooms, and reserved parking spaces. Airport buses are accessible to passengers with reduced mobility.

Wheelchair service is provided free of charge by the airlines.

Accessible vehicles can be requested by calling Tel +1 310 646 9177. An accessible cab will be dispatched from the waiting lot to the central terminal area, to the ACCESS location indicated by the DARK BLUE sign on the terminal curbside. Service animals are allowed in cabs at no additional charge.
