Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, opened on October 14, 1962, serves all islands in Hawaii. It operates with domestic flights and international destinations in North America, Asia and Oceania.

Number of Terminals - 3 - Terminals 1, 2 and 3, open 24 hours a day. A free shuttle bus service connects the three terminals from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The airport is located on the island of Oahu, 6 km (4 miles) to the west of the city of Honolulu and 15 km (9 miles) away from Waikiki Beach.

Parking services at Honolulu airport (HNL)

The enclosure has several parking areas open around the clock. The first 15 minutes have no charge. There are also two sectors for passenger pick-up which are free for 60 minutes (Diamond Head Cell Phone Area and Ewa Cell Phone Area), and spaces for bicycles and motorcycles. International Parking Garage - Eight-storey facility between terminals 1 and 2, connected to the upper level of Terminal 1 through a bridge and with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Terminal 1 Parking Garage - Adjacent to Terminal 1, with seven levels.
Terminal 2 Parking Garage - Five floors situated directly across from Terminal 2 and linked to it through walkways on level 4.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Facilities include lifts, ramps, adapted toilets and telephones, and reserved parking spaces. Transportation systems in and around the enclosure are accessible for passengers with reduced mobility, and airlines provide wheelchairs.
