Aeropuertos VIP Club Departures

The airport's main VIP lounge is located in the departures area (east side of the terminal). It is open 24 hours a day and offers a business center, relaxation area, children's entertainment room, computers, snacks, showers, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Important Notice: The lounge will remain temporarily closed for renovation work from February 9, 2026, until further notice. During this period, an alternative lounge is available across from Gates 7 and 8. Please note that this temporary lounge does not have showers, a relaxation area, or a children's area.

Maximum stay: 3 hours.

Children: Children under 12 enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult with lounge access.

Access: The lounge is accessible through an Aeropuertos VIP Club Uruguay membership, Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, and Diners Club. Some bank cards in the region also offer access.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers a comprehensive range of financial, commercial, and comfort services designed to make passengers' time at the terminal more convenient. The terminal operates 24 hours a day.

Currency Exchange: Global Exchange operates branches in the arrivals and departures areas, providing 24-hour service.

ATMs: ATMs from the RedBrou network and other international networks are available on both levels of the building.

Wi-Fi: The airport offers free, unlimited wireless internet access throughout all public areas and boarding lounges.

Dining

Dining options are available on both levels and include international cuisine restaurants, fast-food options, and specialty coffee shops. Patria Café, McDonald's, and McCafé are among the establishments open 24 hours a day. Other well-known brands, such as Starbucks, as well as various snack bars and cafés, are also available in the departures area.

Shopping

There are large Duty Free stores in both the departures and arrivals areas. The terminal also features shops selling souvenirs, local handicrafts, clothing, accessories, mobile phones, and newsstands offering newspapers, books, and magazines.

Baggage

• Baggage Wrapping: The plastic luggage-wrapping service (Tripstore) is located on the departures level and is available 24 hours a day.
• Luggage Storage: 24-hour luggage storage is available at the information desk located in the central arrivals hall.
• Luggage Carts: Available free of charge in the baggage claim areas and boarding areas.

Other Services

The terminal has baby-care facilities, fully equipped nursing rooms, stroller loans, a hair salon, travel agencies, and a children's entertainment area. A car-washing service is also available in the parking area.
