General Mariano Escobedo International Airport or Monterrey International Airport is one of the busiest in Mexico. It is also considered one of the most modern in North America. The airport has a 24-hour courtesy van service to transfer passengers between the air terminals and the different long-stay parking lots. It has geolocation screens for the transfer service. On the other hand, there is an Interterminal Shuttle that offers free shuttle service between Terminals A, B and C. Outside each Terminal you can find the waiting booths for this service. Service hours are from 05:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs.

There are lifts, escalators, ramps, bannings, handrails, adapted toilets, proper signage, tactile strips for the visually impaired and special places in the parking lots. Passengers requiring special assistance are advised to inform their airline about their needs before their arrival.
