Terminal 1

VIP Lounge Cibeles

Location: Second floor, between gates B26 and B29. Non-Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 24 hours.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, work areas, fax, printer, relaxation area, breastfeeding room, showers, television, PMR, network adapters, luggage storage, pets allowed, terrace.

Access: Passengers with a business class ticket on airlines with an Aena agreement, holders of cards such as Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Diners Club, and DragonPass, or via direct payment.

Terminal 2

VIP Lounge Puerta de Alcalá

Location: Second floor, next to gate D60. Domestic and Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 24 hours.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, showers, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, PMR, work areas, fax, printer, relaxation area, luggage storage, television, network adapters, pets allowed.

Terminal 3

VIP Lounge Puerta del Sol

Location: First floor, next to gate E69. Domestic and Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 4:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, showers, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, PMR, work areas, fax, printer, meeting rooms, relaxation area, luggage storage, television, network adapters, pets allowed.

Terminal 4

Iberia Premium Lounge Dalí

Location: Boarding area, near gates H, J, K, M.

Opening hours: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Services: Varied catering, drinks, Wi-Fi, press, television, relaxation and work areas, showers, children’s area, conference facilities.

Access: Iberia Business Plus and Iberia Plus Platinum/Gold passengers, Iberia business class passengers, first and business class passengers on oneworld airlines, Emerald/Sapphire members.

VIP Lounge Plaza Mayor

Location: First floor, next to the AENA exhibition hall. Domestic and Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, PMR, work areas, fax, printer, luggage storage, television, showers, network adapters, pets allowed.

VIP Lounge Retiro

Location: After passport control, next to the Fast Track area. (Schengen flights).

Opening hours: 5:00 am to 12:00 am.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, work areas, breastfeeding room, showers, PMR, network adapters, luggage storage, pets allowed.

Access: Passengers with a business class ticket on airlines with an Aena agreement, DragonPass cardholders, or via direct payment.

Terminal 4 Satellite

Iberia Premium Lounge Velázquez

Location: Near gates R, S, U. Non-Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 6:00 am to 1:00 am.

Services: High-quality catering, wine cellar, drinks, Wi-Fi, press, television, relaxation and work areas, showers, meeting rooms, children’s area, private rooms.

Access: Iberia Business Plus and Iberia Plus Platinum/Gold passengers, Iberia business class passengers, first and business class passengers on oneworld airlines, Emerald/Sapphire members.

VIP Lounge Neptuno

Location: Second floor, yellow sector. Non-Schengen flights.

Opening hours: 24 hours.

Services: Reception service, flight information, Wi-Fi, catering, digital press, showers, gluten-free food, Kosher and Halal meals, special diets, PMR, work areas, fax, printer, meeting rooms, luggage storage, children’s area, breastfeeding room, relaxation area, television, network adapters, pets allowed.

Facilities and other services

 

A wide range of varied services is offered to meet the needs of all passengers during their stay in the terminals.

Finance and Connectivity

Banks: La Caixa offices in Terminals 2 and 4, open from 8:15 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday).

ATMs: Available in all terminals.

Currency exchange: Global Exchange services in Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 4 Satellite. Opening hours vary by office, but some operate 24 hours.

Wi-Fi access: The airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi service for all passengers. There are also numerous charging points throughout the airport.

Public telephones: Available in various areas of the airport.

Business centres and meeting rooms: Located in Terminal 1 (Ground Floor), Terminal 2 (Ground and Second Floors) and Terminal 4 (Second Floor), offering services such as meeting rooms, fax and photocopying. Workstations are available in the boarding areas of Terminals 2, 4 and 4 Satellite, and in the baggage claim area of Terminal 4.

Dining Options

Restaurants and cafés: The airport offers a wide and varied gastronomic selection with restaurants, cafés, bars and fast food outlets distributed across all terminals, including options with extended hours for passenger convenience. 24-hour options include Bareto, Flax & Kale, McDonald's, Pret a Manger, RODILLA, StrEat.

Shops and Duty Free

Variety of shops: The airport features a wide selection of shops including Duty Free, convenience stores, confectionery, tobacco, jewellery, fashion and accessories, perfumeries, cosmetics, electronics, sports items, souvenirs and press.

Luggage

Luggage wrapping: Wrapping machines are located in the check-in areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 4. Service hours are 5:00 am to 10:00 pm in T1 and T2, and 5:00 am to 11:00 pm in T4.

Left luggage: Available in Terminal 1 (Ground Floor, opposite Hall 2), Terminal 2 (First Floor, public area) and Terminal 4 (Ground Floor, Arrivals Hall), from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Lost and found: Offices are located in the Arrivals Halls of Terminal 1 and Terminal 4, operating from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. For enquiries by email: [email protected].

Luggage trolleys: Trolleys are available across all terminals and areas of the airport to facilitate the transport of your luggage.

Other Services

The airport offers a variety of additional services including children's play areas, breastfeeding areas, baby care facilities, prayer rooms, petrol stations, first aid and medical assistance, travel agencies, lottery points of sale, pharmacies, hairdressers, click & collect points, traveller assistance, and drinking fountains.
