Cell Phone Lot - It's free for 1 hour. Once arriving passengers have collected their luggage and exited the Terminal, ask them to call you to tell you the gate number and level (departure or arrival) where they are waiting. It is important that arriving passengers are out at the curb and ready to be picked up before approaching the Terminal. No waiting on the sidewalk. Parking at the curb for longer than an express pickup may result in a parking and/or towing ticket.

Terminal Parking - Spaces for short and long stays in front of the terminal, connected to it through an underground walkway. Handicap parking available. The lot is located directly across from the Terminal and is the closest self-parking option in Dulles.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no minimum or maximum length of stay. However, vehicles left for more than 45 days must be registered with the parking office to avoid being identified as "abandoned" and removed from the premises at the owner's expense.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Washington Dulles International Airport offers highly accessible facilities for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Wheelchair service

You can arrange to have a wheelchair during your stay at the airport. You can access it in any of the Lounges or in the Terminal through your airline or with any Skycap at the Airport. Do not forget to notify your airline at least 48 hours before your visit, so that they can coordinate it and thus better attend to your needs.

Public toilets

Bathrooms are fully accessible with toilets for people with disabilities. Most toilets have infrared flush devices. All sinks in each bathroom are placed at an accessible height and infrared devices are used to activate the water in most places.

On the other hand, baby changing stations have been placed at an accessible height in the men's and women's restrooms at mast locations. Along with several of the airport's public restrooms, a unisex restroom is provided for the care of a companion.

Public phones

In the terminal and in all concourses, telephones with telecommunication devices for the deaf and hard of hearing (TDD) and wheelchair accessible can be found at various locations in each building.

Security control

All security controls are accessible to passengers with reduced mobility. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which screens passengers at checkpoints, has a program to help travelers with disabilities or medical conditions.

Elevators

The elevators are equipped with raised Braille buttons and are accessible to people who use wheelchairs. In some elevators, an electronic voice announces arrival at each floor.

In turn, the elevators of the AeroTrain C station are located on the central platform. You must wait for the doors to open on the central platform of the Aerotrain to access the elevator.

Ground transportation

Airport shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts/ramps and audible announcements. On the other hand, transportation services for rental vehicles are equipped with ramps/lifts for wheelchairs.

Meanwhile, Washington Flyer Taxi has several vehicles within the fleet equipped to accommodate wheelchairs. If you need an accessible vehicle, we recommend that you book in advance by calling 703-572-TAXI (8294).
