As of May 12, 2023, noncitizen nonimmigrant visitors to the U.S. arriving by air or arriving by land or sea no longer need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  If you plan to visit the U.S., you do not need to be tested or vaccinated for COVID-19. Dulles International Airport Station (Silver Line), opened on November 15, 2022, is on-site and accessible from an underground pedestrian tunnel, connecting the station to the claim level of luggage from the main terminal and with Parking 1 adjacent to the airport.

The Metro is the new and most convenient public transportation system to access downtown Washington DC ($6.00 during peak hours and 3.85 the rest of the day). On the other hand, Megabus goes to Union Station (central station) (19 usd). Learn more

Customers can find the requested vehicle outside the Main Terminal on the Arrivals Level. Uber or Lyft pickup locations at Dulles Airport are subject to change, so to find your driver, always check the app after requesting a ride. Fares to Arlington and Washington DC are between 50 and 60 usd. Learn more

Washington Flyer Taxicabs serve Dulles International exclusively, with 24-hour service to and from the Airport. From the Terminal, Arrivals Level - Baggage Claim, customers should proceed DOWN the ramp at Doors 2 or 6. Signage inside the Terminal directs travelers to the taxi. Fares to Arlington and Washington DC ranges between 60 and 70 usd.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet access in all concourses. To connect, turn on Wi-Fi on your device, choose the "FlyDulles" network.

AeroTrain is the automated airport train system for Washington Dulles International Airport, connecting passengers (the 24 hours) between the Terminal and the midfield A, B and C-Gates.

There are many duty free shops and dining options (Dunkin' Donuts is open 24 hours in Concourse D). Dulles airport also offer a number of other amenities including Nursing Rooms, Interfaith Chapels, Wellness Spas, Charging Stations, Kids Play Area and Pet Relief Areas. In turn, there are several VIP lounges with beverages, food, workstations, etc. In case you have several hours, you can opt for the Marriott hotel located in front of the terminal, for a rest without interruptions.

If you lost an item onboard your airplane, please contact your airline. If you lost an item in the terminal, call Lost & Found at 703-572-8479 - Call: 703-572-8479, Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 4p.m. (Closed Weekends) or fill the Lost and Found Form.

The Dulles Lost and Found office is located on the Arrivals Level - Baggage Claim, just behind Baggage Claim 2.

Due to the TSA (Transportation Security Administration security) regulations, the airport cannot provide designated spaces to storage luggage.

There are several international currency exchange desks: Departures-Ticketing Level - East and West, top of the escalators, Concourses A/B: Gate A32, Concourse C: Gate C8 and C12, Concourse D: Gate D16 and International Arrivals Building near the exit, oppostie the baggage recheck counters

In addition to smoking areas outside of the Terminal, there are also smoking lounges in Concourses B, C and D, near gates B38, B75, C4 and D30.
