What to do in case of lost luggage or belongings?

In case you lose any belongings inside the terminals, you can ask at the airport security office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or by phone at Tel +52 998 848 7200 ext. 21253. Only the direct owner of the lost item can make a claim and will be asked specific questions about the lost property.
