Terminal 2

Mera Business Lounge - Located by taking the escalators leading to gate A. Open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. TV, air conditioning, telephones, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, printers. Access: with DragonPass membership or online booking.

The Lounge by Global Lounge Network - Available 24 hours on the second floor, to the left after the duty-free area. Air conditioning, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 3

Mera Business Lounge - Open from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. After security and passport control, exit the duty-free area and turn right towards the 'Bubba Gump' restaurant, turn right again, and the lounge is at the end of the corridor. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, telephones. Access: with DragonPass membership or online booking.

The Lounge - Located at the end of the corridor to the right of the main entrance, before security control. Open 24 hours. Children's area, computers, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 4

Mera Business Lounge Domestic - Located adjacent to gate 54. Open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Snacks, showers, telephones, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, printers. Access: with DragonPass membership or online booking.

Mera Business Lounge International - Available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm near gates 67A-68F. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Sleeping cabins, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, telephones. Access: with DragonPass membership or online booking.

The Lounge in Partnership with Air Transat - Open 24 hours and located to the left of gate 55. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Children's area, computers, snacks, showers, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, drinks, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Cancún International Airport has a wide variety of services to make waiting more comfortable, including free Wi-Fi for 60 minutes, ATMs, and currency exchange offices.

Food & Beverages

At Terminals 2 and 3 there is a diverse variety of fast food outlets, coffee shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. At Terminal 4 you will find a couple of options. Some outlets at Terminals 2 and 4 are open 24 hours.

Shops and Duty Free

Duty-free shops in the boarding area of Terminals 2, 3, and 4, with perfumery, cosmetics, liquor, tobacco, jewelry, and electronics. There are also convenience stores, accessories, clothing, souvenirs, books, and magazines.

Luggage

There are no lockers or luggage storage areas.

Lost and found office

The lost and found department is operated by the security office. It is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +52 998 848 7200 extension 21253. Only owners of the items can claim them, and this must be done by phone or in person.

Medical services and pharmacy

There are no traditional chain pharmacies (selling controlled medications) inside the terminals. However, airport convenience stores sell over-the-counter medications and first aid items. For urgent medical care, it is recommended to consult airport staff or go to medical centers in Cancún city.

Financial services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange offices, mailboxes, public telephones, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access for 60 minutes.
