The airport terminals are open 24 hours a day, although most services stop after the last flight until the first flight of the next day. You can call customer service at Tel +57 605 693 1351 ext. 2747 for inquiries or assistance.

Services such as Uber are available, although they do not have an exclusive stop, as this is exclusively for authorized cabs. Therefore, once the transfer request is made, you must coordinate the meeting point with the driver through the application.

The airport has a variety of restaurants, fast food outlets and coffee shops, as well as handicrafts, souvenirs, convenience stores, Duty Free and others. There are also VIP lounges to make your wait more comfortable. If your wait is too long, you may consider resting in a nearby hotel. Note that although the airport is open 24 hours a day, most of the services are closed in the early morning hours, as they only operate during flight hours.

In the International Departures Hall, there is an IZI Connection office (open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm), where you can purchase a SIM card with plans ideal for foreign passengers.

If your luggage or personal belongings were lost during the trip or are damaged, you should make a claim at the respective airline's counter.
