Due to the advancement of vaccination worldwide, documentation and testing restrictions have been eliminated in many countries. In the International Arrivals Hall, next to the airport health area, there is a clinic from Health Cars (Tel +57 35 643 0571), where you can take an antigen test for COVID-19. It operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Metrocar bus service is the cheapest alternative although the slowest and least comfortable. (approximate rate 0.70 usd) one way. For more comfortable transportation options, there are the private transfers or taxis.

The aeroporto remains open 24 hours a day, although most services stop being provided after the last flight and resume with the first flight the following day. You can call Customer Service at (+57 5) 6931351 Ext 2747 for questions or help.

Services such as Uber are available although they do not have an exclusive stop (since it is for authorized taxis). Therefore, once the transfer request has been made, you must coordinate with the driver, the collection area or meeting point.

It has a variety of restaurants, fast foods and cafes, handicrafts, souvenirs, convenience stores, duty free and other shops. In turn, it has VIP lounges to make your wait more comfortable. If your wait is very long, you can consider resting in some nearby hotel . Keep in mind that although the airport is open 24 hours a day, most services such as restaurants, shops and VIP lounges are closed at dawn since they work during flight hours.

If your luggage or personal effects were lost during the trip or are damaged, you must claim the counter at the Airline.

The airport has ATMs of several banks, and currency exchange counters of Americambios (departure from international arrivals) and Globocambio (external zone for international arrivals), both from 7 am to 8 pm.

The Drugstore drugstore is located in the central hall (public area).

There is a basic care point, where low complexity emergencies and patient transfers are attended. It is located on the first floor of the passenger terminal, public area.
