The airport operates 24 hours a day. You can call customer service at Tel +57 602 666 3026 ext. 199 for any inquiries. If you're at the airport, you can go to the second floor, where the information counters are located.

Services like Uber are available, although they don't have an exclusive stop (as it's reserved for authorized taxis). Therefore, once you've requested the ride, you need to coordinate the pick-up point with the driver.

Within the building, in the domestic area, on the third level, you'll find the Hotel Sin Escalas, with comfortable rooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, free parking for guests, 24-hour reception and luggage storage space.

The terminal offers a wide variety of gastronomic options and stores selling crafts, souvenirs, convenience items and duty-free products. Additionally, there are VIP lounges to make your wait more comfortable. If your wait is very long, you can consider resting at the hotel located on level 3 or checking availability at nearby accommodations. Keep in mind that while the airport is open 24 hours a day, most services close at night, as they are only available during flight hours.

Emcali, in the public area of the terminal, offers SIM cards and cell phone accessories.

If your luggage or personal belongings are lost or damaged during the trip, you must file a claim at the corresponding airline counter. It's recommended to do this in person before leaving the airport. Such notification must occur no later than within 24 hours of the arrival of the flight in which your luggage was registered (for domestic flights) or within 7 days after the flight (for international flights).

In case of retained items, lost items and general security issues within the airport facilities, you should go to the customer service counters located on the third floor or call Tel +57 602 666 3026 ext. 203.

The airport has ATMs from various banks and currency exchange counters from Cambios Inter 1A on both the first and second floors.

The premises have three parking sectors: Central Parking System (Tel +57 317 893 9136 / 316 488 7376) operates the central and long-stay area, while Servicios Ejecutivos Empresariales (Tel +57 2 881 9070) manages the international side parking. On the other hand, the Hotel Sin Escalas has exclusive sectors for its clients.

BCD Travel (Tel +57 317 956 000 ext. 1212) is located within the terminal, at space 3214C.

Comfandi is located in the international pier, space 234 (Tel +57 2 666 3078 / 316 415 1536), while Droguería Aeropuerto is on the second floor, space 2324 (Tel +57 2 270 5120).
