The airport is located 8 km (5 miles) to the northwest of Basel, 25 km (15.5 miles) southeast from Mulhouse and 70 km (45 miles) southwest from Freiburg.
The airport has ATMs, postal and copying services, plugs for electric devices and free Wi-Fi access. The business centre located inside the enclosure has ten conference rooms (temporarily closed). The EuroAirport Skyview Lounge is located on the Departures level and opens from Sunday to Friday between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm; it provides complimentary snacks and drinks, TV, newspapers and magazines, showers, telephones, fax, Wi-Fi, computers, air conditioning, conference facilities, smoking area (access with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door).

There are several parking areas open 24 hours a day both on the French and the Swiss sides. Motorcycles and bicycles can park for free in F1 or S1. In front of the terminal, there is a passenger pick-up and drop-off area which is free for 20 minutes and that provides charging stations for electric vehicles (maximum stay: 4 hours). Short stays - F1 is covered and located beneath the terminal; F3 is an open-air lot 200 meters away from the terminal.
Long stays - F4 is covered and situated 300 meters away; F5 is found 300 meters away from the terminal and F6 500 meters away, both uncovered.
Swiss sector:
Short stays - S1 is covered and situated under the terminal; S2 is outdoor and next to S1.
Long stays - Uncovered car parks. S4 is located 700 meters away from the terminal; S12 300 meters away; S13 500 meters away.
