Berlin Brandenburg Airport operates numerous flights and connections, so there is usually activity even during the night and early morning hours. The facilities are modern and generally well-heated. Although it's not an ideal experience, the enclosure offers amenities that allow you to rest overnight. It is important to have your passport and plane ticket at hand in case they are requested by security staff.
Where to rest: There are several seats available in the terminals, although most have armrests. You can find more comfortable benches outside the chapel, as well as in front of gate A2. Some restaurants also have cushioned benches, such as Burger King in Terminal 1. Accessing one of the airport's VIP lounges will provide greater comfort, but keep in mind they close at night. If your budget allows, there are a couple of hotels near the terminals, and sleeping cabins are available in the airport's train station. Alternatively, many nearby hotels offer shuttle services for their guests.
Baggage: Left-luggage service at the baggage counter located in the train station, level U1, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Eating and drinking: The only available options during the night inside the terminals are vending machines, but there is a bakery open 24 hours a day in the train station.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited access.
Showers: Available 24 hours a day on level E0 of Terminal 1, to the left of Arrivals Hall 2. The usage fee is €10.00.
Other services available around the clock: Baby care facilities, chapel, ATMs, prayer room.

The IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER is located 250 metres from the terminals, while the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Berlin is situated outside Terminal 1, on Willy-Brandt-Platz.
