Sleeping inside or in nearby hotels (ASU)
Possibility to spend the night at Asunción airport (ASU), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.
Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Asunción airport is open 24 hours a day and is a safe place to spend the night if you don't want to transfer to a hotel.
Where to rest: The benches in the terminal have armrests, so the only option is to lie down on the floor. It is advisable, therefore, to have a sleeping bag or blankets. In the boarding area, there are also two VIP lounges open 24 hours a day, which offer greater comfort and privacy, although the maximum stay is 3 hours. On the other hand, there are some hotels about 5 minutes from the airport.
Baggage: There is no left luggage service at the moment.
Eating and drinking: There are some cafeterias open during the night inside the terminal.
Wi-Fi: Free access.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaus.
