Asunción Airport offers exclusive spaces designed to provide passengers with comfort and premium services before their departure. Both lounges are located in the boarding area, after passing through security and immigration controls.

Black VIP Lounge

Located next to boarding gate 4, this lounge is open 24 hours a day. The maximum stay is 3 hours.

• Services: High-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, a family area, snacks and light meals, a selection of beverages, air conditioning, charging stations for electronic devices, and baby care facilities.
• Access: Through a DragonPass membership or eligible premium credit cards issued by authorized local financial institutions (such as Sudameris Bank).

Gold VIP Lounge

Located in the international departures area, between boarding gates 3 and 4. It operates 24 hours a day and allows a maximum stay of 3 hours.

• Services: Work areas with computers, snacks and beverages, Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and domestic and international newspapers.
• Access: Passengers with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships. It is also accessible to holders of premium credit cards from local banks (such as Itaú, Vision, or Sudameris) with an active agreement.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers a range of essential services for passengers, distributed across both public areas and restricted boarding areas. The terminal provides free Wi-Fi access throughout its facilities.

Financial services

In the main hall and arrivals area, you will find ATMs from several banking networks (such as Red UTS and Sudameris) that accept international cards. There are also currency exchange offices (Global Exchange) operating 24 hours a day, making it easy to obtain Paraguayan guaraníes or foreign currency when arriving in or departing from the country.

Dining

The dining options include cafés, fast-food outlets, and ice cream shops. Some options, such as cafés in the public area and boarding area, provide 24-hour service to accommodate overnight flight schedules.

Shopping

The airport has several convenience stores and souvenir shops where you can purchase Paraguayan handicrafts (such as ñandutí lacework or leather goods). In the international departures area, you will find Duty Free stores offering a wide variety of perfumes, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, and electronic items.

Baggage

For the security of your belongings, luggage wrapping services (plastic wrapping) are available in the check-in hall.

Lost and found: If you lose an item inside the terminal, you should go to the DINAC information desk in the arrivals hall. If the item was left on board an aircraft, you should contact your airline directly.

Health and other services

The terminal has a first-aid unit and emergency medical assistance available for passengers and visitors. In addition, there are designated smoking areas outside the terminal and nursing rooms.
