Why must the credit link stay visible?
It attributes the source of the information. The link is marked rel="nofollow", so it does not affect your site's search rankings. If you remove or hide it, the widget shows a notice instead of results; to make it work again, just paste the full code again.
What happens if an airport's information changes?
It updates automatically: the Airports Data database is reviewed regularly and changes appear in the widget without you having to reinstall anything.
