Moscow Sheremetyevo airport (SVO)

Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport, opened on October 7, 1957, is the second largest in the city and one of the busiest in the country. It operates with domestic destinations and international flights to Europe, Asia, Northern Africa, the Caribbean and North America.

Number of Terminals - 5 - Terminals A (private and business flights), B (under construction), D (Aeroflot and SkyTeam airlines flights), E and F (international flights). Open 24 hours a day. Terminals D, E and F are interconnected through galleries, while there are buses that link them to Terminal B.

The airport is located 29 km (18 miles) northwest from Moscow.

Car rental search

Bus - There are regular services to the city centre, with stops outside terminals B, D, E and F. Lines 949 and 851 travel to Rechnoy Vokzal metro station in 30-50 minutes from 5:37 am to 0:49 am. Routes 817 and 948 connect the enclosure with Planernaya metro station in approximately the same time, with departures from 5:22 am to 0:18 am. Night bus H1 operates from 1:00 am to 5:30 am and heads for Yugo-Zapadnaya, with a trip of 30-40 min. On the other hand, line 62 departs every 20 min. from Terminal F, running to Khimki Station; journey time is 30-40 min.

Train - The high-speed train Aeroexpress (Tel +7 800 700 3377) departs from the airport to Belorussky Station, in downtown Moscow, between 5:00 am and 0:30 am. The trip takes 35 minutes. A courtesy shuttle service leaves from the first floor of Terminal E to the airport's train station.

Taxi - Cabs available through Yandex Taxi outside the Arrivals Hall of terminals D, E and F. The trip to the city centre takes around 40 minutes.

LLC - Covered and outdoor spaces, for short and long stays, with transfers to every terminal.

A variety of free assistance services are offered for passengers with reduced mobility. At the moment of making your reservation, but not after 48 hours prior to your flight, you should inform your airline about your needs.
