London Stansted Airport, opened on August 7, 1943, is one of the busiest in the United Kingdom and is mostly used for low-cost flights. It operates with domestic and international destinations within Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East.

Number of Terminals - 1 - Open from 2:00 am to 0:00 am. A free train service connects the different areas of the terminal.

Annual passenger traffic: 10 million passengers went through it in 2021.

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (4:15 am to 1:45 pm), mailboxes, internet kiosks and 4 hours of free Wi-Fi access. The United Business Centre is located in Endeavour House, a short distance away from the terminal, and has meeting rooms and secretarial services.

The Escape Lounge is located in the International Departures area and opens from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm; the maximum stay is 3 hours and it provides complimentary cold and hot buffet food, drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV (access with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door - £23.00).

- Duty-free shops in the Departures and Arrivals areas, in addition to stores selling cosmetics, electronics, apparel, accessories, souvenirs, toys, jewellery, books, newspapers, magazines.

Mid Stay - Courtesy shuttle buses every 10 minutes. The first hour has no cost.
Long Stay - Car park connected to the terminal through free shuttles every 15 min.
