Escape Lounge

Location: Located in the main departures area, after security control and the duty-free shopping zone. Access is signposted towards boarding gates 1–19 and 20–39.

Opening hours: Open daily from 4:00 am to 7:30 pm. The maximum permitted stay is 3 hours.

Services: A menu of hot and cold dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients, a selection of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, device charging stations, televisions, and a wide range of international newspapers and magazines.

Access: Available to members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club. Access is also available via advance booking through the official website or by paying at the entrance (subject to availability).

The Emirates Lounge

Location: Located in Satellite 1, near boarding gate number 7.

Opening hours: Available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Services: This lounge offers a premium luxury standard with a gourmet buffet, full-service bar, showers, a fully equipped business area, and exclusive relaxation spaces.

Access: Exclusive to passengers travelling in Emirates First Class or Business Class, as well as Skywards members with Gold or Platinum status.

Finance and Connectivity

The airport is equipped with cash machines from various networks and multiple currency exchange counters operated by ChangeGroup, located both before and after the security checkpoint. To stay connected, free Wi-Fi access is available for up to 4 hours per device. For business services, the United Business Centre is located in Endeavour House, just a short distance from the terminal, offering meeting room hire and temporary office space.

Food and Drink

The culinary offering is extensive and varied, ranging from full-service restaurants to fast food outlets and bars. For passengers with overnight flights or early connections, venues such as Costa Coffee and Pret A Manger typically operate 24 hours a day in both the departures area and the arrivals hall.

Shopping

A large retail area is located in the departures zone, featuring World Duty Free shops with tax-free products. In addition, you will find fashion outlets, electronics stores (InMotion), cosmetics, accessories, toys, books and newsagents. A Boots pharmacy is also available in the departures area for health-related needs or personal care items.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available at key locations such as car parks, the train station and the terminal. They operate with a refundable deposit of £1.00 (also accepting €1.00 coins or USD 0.25).
• Baggage Wrapping: Plastic wrapping stations are available in the departures area to protect your belongings before check-in.
• Luggage Storage: Operated by Excess Baggage Company and located in the international arrivals area. The service allows storage of suitcases or oversized items for short or long periods.
• Lost Property: For items lost within the terminal, the service is also managed by Excess Baggage. You can search for and report lost items via their official online portal.

Other Services

The airport features a multi-faith prayer and quiet room located in the departures area. You will also find free water fountains for bottle refilling, as well as clearly signposted baby feeding and changing facilities.
