Tan Son Nhat International Airport, built in the 1930s, is one of the busiest in Vietnam. In addition to domestic destinations, it concentrates most international flights in the country, with destinations in Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East.

Bus - Line 152 travels to Ben Thanh Market, in the city centre, and Trung Son residential area between 5:45 am and 6:00 pm, while buses 49 and 109 run to Ben Thanh Market and September 23 Park from 5:30 am to 1:30 am. Journey time is 60-90 minutes. They depart from gates 15 and 18.
Taxi - Ranks are found on the Arrivals level of the terminals. The trip to the city centre is 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. There are reservation counters in the Arrivals areas. There are car hire services with a driver provided by Avis (Tel +84 854 458 538 - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Song Viet (Tel +84 838 119 988) in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 2.
There are parking spaces for short- and long-term stays and for motorcycles in front of the terminals.
Between the different levels of the enclosure there are escalators. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to notify their airline or travel agent about their needs prior to their arrival.
