Terminal 2

Jasmine Halal Lounge - Next to gate 17, on the left after security and immigration controls. Available 24 hours. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Spacious two-floor area with panoramic runway views. Halal-certified food (Mediterranean and Indian cuisine), prayer room, massage chairs, workstations, printers, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. No alcohol. Walk-in rate: ~USD43 adults (~USD39 online), ~USD21.50 children 5-12, under 5 free. Access also with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass membership. Considered by many travelers the best option in T2 for its space, brightness, and views.

Considered the best lounge at the airport for Vietnam Airlines travelers. Terminal 3

The SENS Business Lounge - Near gates 1-10. Walk-in access from ~456,545 VND (~USD17.50). Standard executive lounge amenities: buffet, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers, runway views.

 Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs in the arrivals halls of all three terminals, currency exchange offices (T2: arrival and departure halls; T1: VietinBank branch in front of entrance D2), VIP lounges, power outlets and charging points in all waiting areas, and free Wi-Fi access in all three terminals — look for the FreeWifi TanSonNhat Airport or TSN Free Wifi Express networks and access through the browser. There is a post office within the airport. Viettel, Vinaphone, and Mobifone operators have SIM card counters in the arrivals halls of T1 and T2; they are also sold at Circle K and Family Mart convenience stores at the airport.

Food & Beverages

Inside the three terminals there are restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars, and coffee shops, with Vietnamese and international cuisine options. Among the brands present are Highlands Coffee, Starbucks, Burger King, and Domino's Pizza. Terminal 2 has the largest food offering; the new Terminal 3 has modern outlets designed for the airport. Most establishments close at 11:00 pm; some may operate later — check at the information counter upon arrival for night flights. Keep in mind that prices at the airport are 2-3 times higher than in the city.

Shopping

Duty-free shops within the security area and in the check-in areas of T2, with perfumes, cosmetics, liquor, tobacco, and fashion items. Passengers with eligible purchases can request VAT refund at the designated counter near gates 6-9, second floor of Terminal 2. There are also souvenirs, Vietnamese sweets, accessories, and handicrafts in landside stores of all three terminals.

Luggage

Protective luggage wrapping in the check-in and boarding areas of all three terminals, next to entrance D2 of Terminal 1 and near entrances D1 and D2 of Terminal 2. Luggage storage service on the ground floor of Terminal 2, near columns 13 and 14, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (~80,000-100,000 VND per piece depending on size). The Luggo service offers flexible luggage storage at column 10 of all terminals, with the option of luggage delivery to hotels in other cities in Vietnam.

In case of lost luggage, go to the lost and found office in front of the baggage claim area and next to gate A3 of Terminal 1, or to the left of the customs area of Terminal 2.

Other services

Medical clinic with 24-hour assistance in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1. Prayer room near gate 17 of Terminal 2. Baby care room next to gate 18 of Terminal 2. Sleep box area near gate 21, second floor of Terminal 2 (from USD21 for 3 hours). Children's entertainment area. Massage salons. Smoking rooms. Water fountains in the departures areas.
