Santo Domingo airport has two terminals:

- Terminal A (South): This is the oldest terminal and has three levels.
Level 1 (Arrivals, car rental counters, baggage claim and parking)
Level 2 (Departures, airline counters, gastronomic services, shopping facilities)
Level 3 (restaurants, cafes and other services and facilities)

- Terminal B (North): This is the most modern terminal (opened in 2007) and has three levels.
Level 1 (Arrivals, baggage claim, rental car counters and parking)
Level 2 (Departures, VIP lounge, Cruise Terminal)
Level 3 (stores, gastronomic and banking services)

In case you are a solo traveler, you can even book a place in a shared vehicle, which will be cheaper than a cab.

The airport offers free Wi-Fi access. To connect, select the “_VINCI Airports Wi-Fi” network and open your browser. Enter your email address and select your country of residence. Accept the terms and conditions and you are ready to start.
The airport has a wide variety of stores and duty free items, as well as restaurants, fast food outlets, bars and cafes. Both duty free and some dining options are open all night long. There are also VIP lounges inside the terminals; the one in Terminal A is even open 24 hours a day. These represent a great option for a long wait for a connecting flight, a delayed flight, an early morning check-in or for breakfast, buffet meals, snacks, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere for rest or work.

For damage or loss of checked baggage, you should contact your airline or go to their counter at the airport.

If you lose any belongings inside the terminals, you should contact the lost and found office, on level 2 of the North Terminal:

There are two packing stations on the second level, both in Terminal A and Terminal B, check-in area.

The airport has more spacious, accessible family restrooms with baby changing facilities and child safety seats. In the ladies' and men's restrooms, you will also find baby changing facilities. A breastfeeding room is also available and is completely free of charge.
