Terminal A

Sala Caribe - Open 24 hours a day and located next to the A gates, past the security checkpoint. Smoking area, computers, air conditioning, TV, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Terminal B

Copa Club - Available from 5:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday, Thursday and Saturday until 3:00 pm) in front of gate B4. Computers, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax. Access: with United Club, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club or Copa ConnectMiles Gold/Platinum/Presidential Platinum membership, Copa Airlines business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus (24 hours), ATMs, VIP lounges, cell phone services and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, fast food outlets, ice cream parlors, coffee shops and bars are located in the food courts on levels 1 and 2 and in the central atrium. Air Bar and Rincón Caribeño are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shopping is available in the restricted areas of the airport, both at Departures and Arrivals for international flights. On the second level of the terminals, there are also mini-markets, souvenir shops, handicrafts, clothing, jewelry, flowers, tobacco.

Baggage

Free luggage trolleys and baggage packing service in the check-in area of both terminals from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +1 829 961 3429). The lost and found office is on level 2 of the North Terminal and operates Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (Tel +1 809 412 5888 ext. 2060 / 2225; e-mail: [email protected]).
