Financial Services: The airport complex features bank branches (generally open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), cash machines compatible with international cards, and currency exchange offices available 24 hours a day in both arrivals and departures areas.

Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi access is available through the “AirportPVG-Free-WiFi” network. To connect, users must validate access using a local telephone number or by scanning their passport at the self-service kiosks distributed throughout the terminals. Baggage

• Trolleys: Available free of charge in baggage reclaim areas, boarding zones and ground transport centres.
• Baggage storage: The service operates from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. It is located in Terminal 1 (between gates 4-5 and next to gate 7) and in Terminal 2 (check-in island A and next to exit 2A in the arrivals hall).
• Luggage wrapping: Available in Terminal 1 next to gates 1-2 (5:10 am to 9:30 pm) and 14-15 (6:00 am to 11:00 pm), and in Terminal 2 between gates 21-22 (4:15 am to 12:30 am).
