Terminal 1

China Eastern Lounge - Next to gates 35 and 36. Open from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm and from 4:30 am to 1:00 am. Newspapers and magazines, beverages, meals, smoking areas, showers. Access: first or business class passengers of China Eastern Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

First Class Lounge (No. 9) - Between gates 8 and 9. Temporarily closed. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refreshments, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door.

First Class Lounge (No. 39) - Fourth floor, open from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Massage chairs, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Golden Century Lounge - Adjacent to gates 1-3. Open from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm. Newspapers, computers, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi. Access: Golden Century cardholders.

VIP Lounge 120 - Next to gate 120, open from 90 minutes before the first flight to the last. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, newspapers, computers, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

VIP Lounge 135B - Near gate 135B. Temporarily closed. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, newspapers, computers, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 2

Air China Business Class Lounge - Fourth floor, next to gate 71. Available from 5:30 am to 1:00 am. Luggage storage, shopping area, entertainment, quiet area, baby changing facilities, showers, bar. Access: with Air China Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, Air China and Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Air China Domestic First & Business Class Lounge - Next to gate C90, on the second floor. Open from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm. Access: with Air China Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, Air China and Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Cathay Pacific Lounge - Next to gate D69. Open from 6:00 am to 7:10 pm. Newspapers and magazines, beverages, meals. Access: with Marco Polo Club Diamond, Gold or Silver or Cargo Clan Elite membership, Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge - Located next to gate 152 on level 4 and open from 5:00 am until the last flight. Snacks, telephones, children's area, beverages, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: with Sky Pearl Silver or Gold membership, China Southern Airlines first or business class passengers.

Emirates Lounge - Gate D75. Open from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Refreshments, telephones, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers, beverages. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, Emirates first or business class passengers.

First Class Lounge (No.69) - Upper floor, gate 69, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. Smoking area, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Juneyao Air Lounge No.86 - Located next to gate C80 and open from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, Juneyao Air business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

No. 77 China Eastern Plaza Premium Lounge - Next to gate 77, available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Only for international flights from Terminal 2. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Smoking lounge, computers, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: with DragonPass membership, online booking or paying at the door.

VIP Lounge 170 - Next to gate 170. Open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), post offices, VIP lounges, mobile phone, fax and photocopying services, power sockets for electrical devices, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, cafes and bars, mainly on the third floor of both terminals, plus vending machines. Burger King and Starbucks, in Terminal 2, are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Options include convenience stores, duty free, souvenirs, clothing, handicrafts, toys, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, books, newspapers, perfumes, cosmetics, accessories, jewellery, electronics.

Baggage

Trolleys are available free of charge outside the Departures Halls, in the baggage claim area and in the transit hall. Left-luggage service (Tel +86 400 879 1617) between gates 4 & 5, 6 & 7 (Terminal 1), boarding hall A and next to exit 2A of the Arrivals Hall (Terminal 2); operating from 6:00 am to 0:00 am. Lost & found office between gates 8 and 9 of the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1 (Tel +86 216 834 0096 / 0417; e-mail: [email protected]), from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
