The airport has a bank and ATMs. The 17/02 Lounge is located on the second floor and opens around the clock (the maximum stay is 3 hours); it offers Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, complimentary snacks and drinks, air conditioning, children's area, TV (access with DragonPass membership or by paying at the door - €25.00).

Bus - Line 1A leaves from in front of the Departures area to Pristina central station between 4:00 am and 9:00 pm. The fare is €3.00 and intermediate stops include Sllatinë, Fushë Kosovë, Lakrishtë and Dardania.
Taxi - Vehicles available 24 hours a day outside the Arrivals Hall. The trip to the city centre takes approximately 30 minutes and the fare is around €15.00.
The car park is located in front of the terminal building. The first 15 minutes of stay are free of charge. All entrances are equipped with movable barriers and surveillance cameras.
Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs during their stay at the airport should inform their airline or travel agency about their particular needs at the time of their booking. Unaccompanied minors between 5 and 14 years old will be assisted by staff from the airline.
