Air China Business Class Lounge - After the security checkpoint of Terminal 3, in zone E. Temporarily closed. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, refreshments, drinks, showers. Air China First And Business Class Lounge - In the Departures Hall of terminals 2, 3C and 3D, open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, respectively. Computers, air conditioning, beverages, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, fax, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass membership, first or business class passengers from Air China and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Airport Easy Lounge - Terminal 2, opposite security checkpoint 5. Available from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, TV, press, drinks, refreshments, Wi-Fi, massage chairs. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Barcelo Lounge - Terminal 2, across from gate 35. Available from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Drinks. Access: with DragonPass membership.

BGS Premier Lounge - Two lounges located next to gate 5 of Terminal 2 and by gate 19 of Terminal 3E (temporarily closed). Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Priority Pass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Cathay Pacific Lounge - Terminal 3, in front of gate E21. Temporarily closed. Meals, drinks, workstations, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Marco Polo Club Diamond, Gold or Silver or Cargo Clan Elite membership, first or business class passengers from Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon or Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

China Eastern Domestic Apron Lounge - Available from 5:30 am until the last flight of the day opposite gate 33 of Terminal 2. Refreshments, telephones, drinks, press, TV, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: first-class passengers from China Eastern Airlines, first or business class passengers from SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Emirates Lounge - Next to gate 50 of Terminal 3. Temporarily closed. Snacks, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, drinks, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first and business class passengers from Emirates.

Hainan Airlines Lounge - To the left of entrance 8 of Terminal 1, from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Drinks, entertainment, meals, business centre, showers, Wi-Fi, left luggage service. Access: with DragonPass, Fortune Wings Club Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, business class passengers from Hainan Airlines.

HNA Club and Fortune Wings VIP Lounge - Second floor of Terminal 2, available from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Press, drinks, showers, food. Access: with Priority Pass, Fortune Wings Club Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, business class passengers from Hainan Airlines.

RUBY Lounge - Between gates 32 and 33 of Terminal 2, available from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Wi-Fi, beverages, snacks. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Sichuan Airlines First Class Lounge - Near gates 55 and 56 of Terminal 3, available during flight hours. Wi-Fi, bar, snacks. Access: with Golden Panda Club Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Sichuan Airlines.

SkyTeam Lounge - Mezzanine floor of Terminal 2, near gate 11. Temporarily closed. Wi-Fi, business centre, TV, computers, snacks, drinks, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: first or business class passengers from SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Trvok Lounge - Near gates C08-C18 of Terminal 3, available from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Newspapers and magazines, drinks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), post offices, business centers, VIP lounges, plugs for mobile devices, public telephones, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge.

Food and Drinks

A wide variety of restaurants, tea houses, ice cream stores, cafés, bakeries and bars are scattered throughout the enclosure. Several of them are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free items in terminals 2 and 3. There are also convenience stores and shops selling accessories, footwear, clothing, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, books, gifts, toys, electronics.

Baggage

Trolleys available for free inside the terminals and the car parks. Porters and secure wrapping on the Departures level and the baggage reclaim area (Tel +86 6459 3685 / 1313). Left luggage service in the corridor between terminals 1 and 2, near gates 8, 9 and 10 on the second floor of Terminal 2, and in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3 (Tel +86 106 459 8151 / 459 8152 / 455 8580 / 455 8579). Lost and found offices next to gate 15 of Terminal 2, and at the information counters and the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3 (Tel +86 109 6158).
