Nadi International Airport, opened on April, 1942, is Fiji's international air link. It operates with domestic and international destinations in Oceania, the Far East and North America.

Location
Nadi airport is located 10 km (6 miles) to the north of the city of the same name, 20 km (12.5 miles) to the south of Lautoka and 144 km (90 miles) northwest from the capital of Fiji, Suva.

Bus - To use the public transport system it is recommended to acquire disposable cards at the Vodafone stores.
Classic Buses (Tel +679 666 6932) links the airport with Votualevu Roundabout, in the city of Nadi, every 1 hour from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Sunbeam (Tel +679 666 2822) connects the airport with Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Fijian, Sigatoka, Reef, Naviti, Korolevu, Warwick, Beach House, Korovisilou, Deuba, Navua and Suva, from 3:45 am to 7:45 pm.
Services from Coral Sun Express (Tel +679 999 2708) travel to different hotels in Nadi and Suva.
Lastly, Pacific Transport (Tel +679 330 4366) runs to Nadi, Lautoka, Sigatoka, Suva, Navua, Ba and Pacific Harbour.

Taxi - Cabs are yellow and ranks are situated outside the International Arrivals area. They are operated by individual proprietors with the approval of the airport. All of them have meters. The trip to the city centre takes 10 minutes.
