Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.
Spending the night at the airport
Kos airport mainly operates with seasonal flights and has basic facilities.
Where to rest: The terminal is small, has few seats and is usually very crowded, especially during the high season, so it is hard to find a place to rest. The only option will probably be the floor, although it is not always very clean. On the other hand, some nearby hotels operate shuttle services to and from the airport.
Baggage: No luggage storage facilities available. This means you will have to keep your bags with you until check-in.
Eating and drinking: Stores inside the terminal close at night. Have some refreshments ready in advance.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs.
Although there are no hotels inside the grounds, you can find numerous options throughout the island, some of them with transfer services for their guests.
