Terminals

Passenger operations are centered within a single terminal facility, the Colonel H. Weir Cook Terminal, which remains open to the public 24 hours a day. The facility distributes its 39 boarding gates across two main concourses:

• Concourse A: handles domestic and international departures, as well as customs and border protection processing for international arrivals.
• Concourse B: serves domestic and regional services.

Both concourses are interconnected landside (pre-security) via the central Civic Plaza and Ticketing Hall, and airside (post-security) through the Concourse Connector walkway, enabling passengers to move freely between Concourse A and Concourse B gates without clearing TSA screening a second time. TSA checkpoints open daily at 3:30 am (Checkpoint A) and 3:45 am (Checkpoint B).

At the center of the terminal, in the landside Civic Plaza area just past the ticketing hall, travelers will find the Guest Services Desk for in-person customer assistance. Accessible parking bays are located near elevators on all garage floors. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available on select levels.
