Indianapolis Airport provides dedicated lounge spaces for eligible travelers:

Departure Area (Airside)

Delta Sky Club

Location: Concourse A, immediately past the TSA security checkpoint.

Hours: Sunday through Friday from 4:45 am to 7:45 pm; Saturdays from 4:45 am to 6:00 pm.

Amenities: complimentary hot and cold snacks, full-service bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TVs, quiet workstations, and personalized flight ticketing assistance.

Access: Delta Sky Club members, passengers traveling in Delta One or premium SkyTeam cabins on eligible itineraries, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and qualifying American Express Platinum or Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders.

Public Area (Landside)

USO Airport Center (USO of Indiana)

Location: Lower level, in Baggage Claim area 3 (room 10T.109).

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

Amenities: snacks, beverages, internet terminals and printing, comfortable lounge seating, library, and children's play area.

Access: active-duty U.S. military personnel and their dependent family members.

Note: IND does not currently have independent pay-per-use lounges or facilities participating in Priority Pass or LoungeKey programs.

 Facilities and other services

 

The terminal features a full array of traveler conveniences, dining, and retail services across both public and secure areas.

Finances and Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi: complimentary and unlimited high-speed access across the entire terminal on the official IND PUBLIC WI-FI network, requiring no ad-watching or forced registration portals.
  • ATMs: cash machines are situated landside in Civic Plaza and airside across Concourses A and B.
  • Currency Exchange: there are currently no physical foreign currency exchange kiosks operating in the terminal.
  • Device Charging: integrated power outlets and USB ports are installed along gate waiting areas and underneath terminal seating.

Food and Dining

Dining venues range from sit-down restaurants and regional craft coffee roasters to quick-service chains throughout Civic Plaza and Concourses A and B. Popular dining spots include Harry & Izzy's, Shake Shack, Starbucks, Tinker Coffee, Chick-fil-A, and McDonald's. On the airport perimeter along Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Dr, the Airport Service Plaza features a 24-hour Circle K convenience store and a Subway restaurant.

Retail and Shopping

Newsstands, Indianapolis 500 and souvenir shops, toy retail at FAO Schwarz, Hudson convenience stores, apparel boutiques, travel electronics, and confectionery shops.

Baggage Services

Luggage carts are available for rental in the baggage claim area and within the terminal garage. Centralized Lost and Found inquiries are processed at the Guest Services Desk in Civic Plaza (Phone: +1 317 487 7243). Under federal TSA aviation security guidelines, there are no public luggage storage lockers or holding facilities.

Other Services

Interfaith meditation room, rotating fine art galleries, private nursing mother rooms, pet relief facilities, bottle refill water stations, shoeshine kiosks, and an on-site vehicle service plaza with gas station and 24-hour car wash.
