From January 13, all passengers entering Ecuador must submit a negative RT-PCR test, carried out maximum ten (10) days before the arrival date in Ecuador. Without this proof, the passenger will not be able to board at the airport of origin. Upon arrival in Ecuador, the authority will carry out random tests for COVID-19 (antigens), if positive, the passenger must comply with a mandatory isolation of 10 days, in shelters determined by the health authority (MSP).
