As a first requirement, you will need to have an accommodation reservation for all the days you will be on the island, as well as a round-trip airline ticket. Also, during the check-in process, you will need to fill out a form to enter the islands. Then you must go to the office of the Galapagos Government Council to hand in the form and present your identity card, passport and airline ticket. This office is located in the boarding hall and operates from 6:00 am until the last flight. There they will also check your luggage to verify that you are not carrying prohibited objects (water, animal and vegetable derivatives, etc.). After the check, you will get your transit card by paying USD20.00.

Once you land at Galapagos Seymour Airport, pick up your bags and go through passport control. You will have to pay in cash the entrance fee to the National Park (USD200.00 foreign tourists, USD30.00 domestic tourists).
