Due to the advancement of vaccination worldwide, documentation and testing restrictions have been eliminated in many countries. In the Departures Hall, there is a lab from Veris (Tel +593 4 600 9600) where you can take an antigen test for COVID-19 for USD30.00. It operates Mondays through Fridays between 1:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

The Metrovía Metroexpress service stops right in front of the terminal and goes to the historic center, crossing the city from south to north. Ticket price: (0.30 USD).

The taxi and Uber fare range between 0.30 to 0.50 usd per km (between 3 and 4 USD to the city center). The terminal stop is exclusively for taxis, so if you choose UBER you will have to arrange the meeting point with the driver.

There are several services available 24 hours, including some shops, duty free, food options and cafeterias, as well as VIP lounges and luggage storage service. So your stay can be more comfortable. If the long layover is overnight, you can book for a night in a hotel nearby .

The Secure Wrap located in the Arrivals Hall (tel. +593 (4) 2169246) offers luggage storage and is available 24 hours a day. It also has a packing service from 2 pm to 10 pm.

If your luggage or personal effects were lost during the trip, you should check with the respective airline. If they were lost inside the airport terminal, you can contact the Security Department during administrative hours by calling +593 (4) 2169169 ext. 1148.

Global Exchange offers a 24-hour currency exchange service in the Arrivals and Departures Hall. In turn, both at arrivals and departures, there are several ATMs from various banks. And Banco Bolivariano has a branch service through the departure lounge window, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
