Number of Terminals – 2 – Terminals 1 and 2, open 24 hours a day.
The SkyLine train runs every 2–3 minutes, 24 hours a day, and connects halls A, B, C and Z in Terminal 1 with halls D and E in Terminal 2.
In addition, yellow courtesy buses depart every 5–10 minutes from in front of the terminals, from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.

Information desks can be found on levels 2 and 3 of Hall B in Terminal 1, and on level 2 of Hall D/E in Terminal 2. There are also interactive information screens in several languages throughout the premises.
The airport is located 12 km (8 miles) southwest of the city.

Terminal Parking – Covered car parks located next to Terminal 1 (P2, P3) and Terminal 2 (P8, P9). Minimum stay: 1 day.
Business Parking – Extra-large spaces with convenient access to the check-in area, located opposite Terminal 1 (P4).
Holiday Parking – Area for long-term stays (minimum 3 days). With your advance booking, you will receive a ticket to use the S-Bahn service to the terminals free of charge.
Drop-off Area – Passenger drop-off zones located directly in front of the terminal doors. The first 10 minutes are free.
Park, Sleep & Fly – For passengers wishing to stay overnight at the IntercityHotel within the airport grounds, or inside Terminal 1 at the Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel or the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. A booking includes parking for up to 15 days.
Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline or travel agency at least 48 hours before arrival. Facilities include ramps, lifts, automatic doors, adapted toilets and telephones, and designated parking spaces. In Hall B, there is a dedicated Lufthansa check-in area for unaccompanied minors. They will be escorted by airline staff from the check-in area to the boarding gate, and from the baggage claim area to the exit.
