Priority Lounge

Terminal 2, level 3, by gates E5-E9. From 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Open buffet with hot food and cold dishes, drinks, leisure area, workbench with PCs, prayer room, bathroom with shower, special toilet for disabled passengers, Wi-Fi, international newspapers and magazines, TV with international news channels. LuxxLounge

Between halls B and C of Terminal 1. Available from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, fax, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with LuxxLounge, Priority Pass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€30.00).

Primeclass Lounge

Next to gate E7 of Terminal 2. Open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, snacks, showers, newspapers, telephones, fax, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (€45.00).

Air Canada Lounge

Open from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, on level 3, area B, in Terminal 1. Snacks and drinks, reading material, Wi-Fi, workstations, showers. Access: with DragonPass, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers from Air Canada and Star Alliance airlines, Altitude Super Elite 100K, 75K, 50K and Star Alliance Gold members.

Air France Lounge

Across from gate D26 of Terminal 2, from 5:45 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, LaPremiere and premium economy class passengers from Air France, business class passengers from Air France and KLM, first or business class passengers from SkyTeam airlines, Flying Blue Gold, Platinum, Silver and Ivory or SkyTeam Elite Plus members, or through online booking.

Emirates Lounge

Between gates E5 and E6 of Terminal 2. It opens from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:20 pm to 9:00 pm. Beverages, snacks, telephones, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers, magazines, TV. Access: first or business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

JAL Lounge

Across from gate D5, Terminal 2. Open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Snacks, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, beverages. Access: with JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Sapphire or JAL Global Club membership, first, business or premium economy class passengers from Japan Airlines, first or business class passengers from Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Lufthansa Lounge

Lounges situated by gates B24-B28, Z50, A13 and A26. Available from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm. Drinks, snacks, TV, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers, magazines. Access: first-class passengers from Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Star Alliance airlines, United Club, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club, Miles & More HON Circle and Senator or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€59.00).

Lufthansa Welcome Lounge

Situated on the Arrivals level, behind baggage reclaim hall B of Terminal 1, open from 5:15 am to 12:30 pm. Showers, relaxation room, offices, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers and magazines, meals, drinks. Access: first-class passengers from Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines, Miles & More HON Circle or Senator members, or by paying at the door (€69.00).

Frankfurt airport (FRA)

The airport has banks (6:00 am to 4:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), ATMs, postal, fax and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, workstations, plugs for electronic devices and free Wi-Fi access. In front of Terminal 1, there is a conference centre with ample business and meeting facilities.

Food and Drinks

- Inside both terminals, you can find a large variety of restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars. Hermann's Mobil, Puro Gusto (Schengen), QUICKER's Gate Shop, Scoom and Trib's are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

- Duty-free goods on levels 2 and 3 of both terminals, in addition to convenience stores, books, newsagents, fashion and accessories, sweets, souvenirs, electronics, jewellery, toys, flowers.

Baggage

- Trolleys available for €1.00 near the check-in counters, baggage reclaim area, terminal entrances, bus and train stations, and car park accesses. Porters available (Tel +49 696 902 2122 / 1300). Luggage storage and secure wrapping on level 1 of concourse B (24 hours a day), between concourses B and C on level 2, and in concourse D of Terminal 2, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +49 696 907 2860 / 3277 / 0786). Lost and found office on level 0 of concourse A, in Terminal 1, open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +49 696 906 6359; [email protected]).
