Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminals 1 and 2, open 24 hours a day. The SkyLine train leaves every 2-3 minutes from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and connects concourses A, B C and Z of Terminal 1 with concourses D and E of Terminal 2. In addition, there are courtesy shuttles that depart every 10-15 min. from in front of the terminals 24 hours a day.

There are information counters on levels 2 and 3 of concourse B, in Terminal 1, and on level 2 of concourse D/E, in Terminal 2. Throughout the enclosure, there are also touch screens with information in several languages.
The airport is located 12 km (8 miles) southwest from the city.

There are numerous parking options for short and long stays. Charging stations for electric vehicles inside P2. Free motorcycle parking spaces in front of Terminal 1.
Terminal Parking - Covered car parks located next to Terminal 1 (P2, P3) and Terminal 2 (P8, P9).
Business Parking - Extra-wide spaces with easy access to the check-in area, in front of Terminal 1.
Holiday Parking - Long-term area with complimentary shuttle service to the terminals.
Short-term Parking - With direct access to the Arrivals and Departures Halls of both terminals. The first 10 minutes have no charge.
Drop-off Area - Short-term sectors directly opposite the terminals. The first 10 min. are free.
Park, Sleep & Fly - For passengers who want to spend the night at the IntercityHotel on the airport grounds or directly at Terminal 1 of the Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel or the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. A Park, Sleep & Fly reservation includes a parking stay of up to 15 days.

Immediately after a successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation email and in a few minutes your Mobile Parking Pass with the QR code for entry and exit. Make sure to check your spam folder in case the email is delivered there instead of your inbox.
Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline or travel agency at least 48 hours before their arrival. Facilities include ramps, elevators, automatic doors, adapted restrooms and telephones, and reserved parking spaces. In concourse B, there is a check-in area from Lufthansa dedicated to children travelling alone. They will be escorted by the staff from the corresponding airline from the check-in area to the departure gate, and from the baggage reclaim hall to the exit.
